I've found, and verified by at least one other, that when you load a previously saved flight in MSFS the aircraft will load where you saved it but the date/time will also be that of what it was when you saved it. There is no way to change the date/time or weather once a saved flight is loaded.

WebAug 24, 2024 · Posted August 24, 2024 I setup mine as R and + for increase rate, and R and - for decrease rate. Like others have mentioned, I use the clock as a guide. Another tip/trick would be to press your decrease rate multiple times, as the slowest rate you can go to is .25 speed. Then press your increase rate twice from there to get to normal speed.
