WebLaurent, same thing happened on one of my devices. Chrome OS Flex boots and works fine from USB. After installing to the internal drive though, my laptop doesn't get past the Chrome logo and goes on a reboot loop. Plenty of others have had similar issues (a lot of reports on reddit).
