WebJun 18, 2013 · I eventually fire lapped it with a Tubb's kit. Where he recommended 10 rounds per grit for a total of 50 rounds, I modified that by only firing 3 of each grit. 15 rounds total. When I finished the barrel was as smooth as a baby's bottom and ALL of my loads had dropped 200 to 250 FPS.
