I can't remember the stats on the rewards for becoming duke/duchess of either but I do know that the dress one sucks because it takes up most of your armor. Honestly the whole Shivering Isles is great and I like both sides. WebSurely Shivering Isles would have a disturbing or odd music as part of the DLC but no. It felt out of place to have Oblivion adventuring music here. I liked the idea of Dementia and Mania being two cities but would have preferred Dementia being "Despair" which would make more sense as a mirror and opposite to Mania.
