Weblevel 1. · 6 yr. ago. I lived in Bledsoe for a year in Fall 2010 / Spring 2011 and enjoyed it. People weren't that loud on the second floor, and everyone is an engineering major (obviously). The one thing I'll tell you is avoid the first floor at all costs. It's much louder than the other floors since everyone has to walk through it.
